I have used Dave Aird on several occasions - they have always provided me with the best quotes, have always tidied up after themselves, have been scrupulously honest and the work has always been finished on time and quickly. My kitchen - which was totally gutted - was done in two weeks thanks to careful preparation and a dedicated work ethic. Despite now living overseas, my property has been rented out, I continue to use David Aird as they are one of the few firms I can trust with a key to my home while I'm not there to oversee any of the work. I have had both bathrooms redone (at an incredible comparative rate), my living room redecorated and, as mentioned, my kitchen gutted. Furthermore, while doing a job for me while overseas, they spotted that I had the beginnings of a leak from burst pipe - they fixed it and saved me thousands in the process.

When I bought my new flat it needed some renovations which I put David Aird in charge of. They took care of laying down a new wooden floor for me and redecorate the walls and woodwork in my living room, bedroom and entrance. Moreover, whilst they were working I decided I needed more electrical plugs which they took care of too by finding an electrician who did a brilliant job. I was also very grateful because they recieved my washing machine and installed it during my absence from London. The flat totally changed appearance and I am really happy with the wonderful job they did!
